Pays tribute to talented women payments professionals, 40 years of age or younger, who have demonstrated leadership, professional excellence, and a commitment to motivating others to make a positive impact in the payments industry. Up to three Rising Star Awards will be awarded.

Awarded to a woman who actively contributes to the payments debate by speaking publicly or publishing content about the evolution of the Canadian or the global payments ecosystem. She actively encourages such debate and strives to shape the future of the payments industry. Her commitment to mentorship and support of diversity is reinforced by her high integrity and professional standards.

Awarded to a man or woman in the payments industry who not only promotes senior female leadership but also encourages and supports the career development of all women in the workplace.
