With almost 20 years’ experience in financial services and fintech, including 8 years at Morgan Stanley Credit Card, Cara brings a wealth of payments expertise to her role as Director of Marketing and Customer Insight at Vocalink.

Cara joined the business in 2013, with a remit to transform Vocalink’s global marketing strategy and align it to the business’ corporate strategy and objectives- to shape the global payments landscape. Cara has also led marketing teams at Barclays and WorldPay, growing businesses internationally through a deep understanding of what customers really want and need.

Her expertise in B2B marketing, paired with her passion for strengths based leadership, has resulted in a complete transformation of Vocalink’s marketing capabilities. With Cara at the helm, Vocalink’s approach to customer engagement has been transformed, driving brand awareness and influencing purchase decisions internationally.
